I led the strategic development, design, and publication of multiple Annual Reports for the Tampa Bay Chamber, transforming the document from a brief year-end summary into a comprehensive institutional communications asset.
Over time, the Annual Report evolved into a 50+ page executive publication used not only as a year-in-review, but as a year-long positioning and membership acquisition tool, particularly for high-level partner engagement.
The Context
Prior to my tenure, the Annual Report was a limited, primarily print-focused recap. Working alongside senior communications leadership, I helped expand the document into a substantive, data-informed narrative reflecting the Chamber’s financial performance, program impact, and strategic direction.
The report became a flagship communications asset, used by the CEO and board members as a high-level sales and recruitment tool across the region.

Design Systems & Multi-Channel Deployment
- Directed visual strategy and full document layout, including typography systems, hierarchy, infographics, and data visualization.
- Designed charts, callouts, and modular page elements to support clarity and reader flow.
- Expanded the Annual Report beyond print by creating dedicated microsites for each year, enabling searchable content and integration with related programs, events, and initiatives across the Chamber’s website.

- Ensured brand consistency and visual coherence across multiple report cycles.
Impact

- Created searchable web-based report experiences, extending the document’s lifespan and discoverability.
- Supported executive-level membership recruitment and partner engagement efforts.
