As a core member of the Tampa Bay Chamber’s Rebranding Committee, I helped lead the transformation of the organization’s identity, guiding the shift from the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce to the newly unified and modernized Tampa Bay Chamber brand.
Collaborating directly with executive leadership, board members, the Sr. Director of Communications & Marketing, and a third-party branding firm, I played a key creative role in evaluating design proposals, aligning stakeholders, and ultimately implementing the Chamber’s new visual identity across all channels.
Key Outcomes
- Provided brand and creative consultation throughout rebranding process, shaping visual direction and identity framework.
- Liaised across departments and with external branding partners to ensure alignment on goals, tone, and audience strategy.
- Approved and helped refine final style guide; developed brand extensions for programs, events, and sub-brands.
- Led implementation and rollout of new brand across all touchpoints: digital, print, signage, video, social, and member communications.
- Rebuilt general collateral templates and ensured consistency in messaging, tone, and accessibility across internal and external channels.
- Served as brand steward for all future usage, maintaining visual integrity and guiding internal adherence to new brand standards.
This rebrand was a transformational initiative for the Chamber and the region it represents — and a prime example of how I guide large-scale creative change with both strategic insight and hands-on execution.
