Welcome To Our Home
Writing, direction, and editing
Through Kitefliers Studios, I wrote, directed, and edited Welcome to Our Home for Jobsite Theater’s annual campaign. Jobsite used the film for five years in donor presentations and online outreach, contributing to campaigns that raised more than $370,000.

The Challenge
Jobsite needed a film that could carry its annual campaign for several years. It had to explain the company’s mission to donors and audiences who might not know it, and work as well in a donor presentation as it did online.
Story and Interviews
- Built the film's messaging around Jobsite's priorities for its annual campaign.
- Outlined the script and wrote the interview prompts, shaping the narrative around the Producing Artistic Director, Board Members and Artistic Associates.
Production and Delivery
- Directed the project from concept through delivery, managing the schedule and production.
- Led filming, conducting interviews and overseeing lighting, camera, and sound.
- Edited the film, setting its pacing and tone.
- Delivered versions for online campaigns, donor presentations, and community outreach.
