I served as senior creative advisor and strategic collaborator for the Tampa Bay Chamber’s 2021 Annual Meeting video, the organization’s flagship year-in-review presentation delivered to more than 1,000 civic and business leaders. Designed not only for the live event, the film functioned as a multi-channel institutional positioning asset supporting membership retention, recruitment, and ongoing visibility.
The Context
The Annual Meeting video served as both a celebration of achievements and a strategic communications asset. It reinforces organizational value to current members while presenting a compelling case for future engagement.
Beyond the live event, the film was prominently featured on the Chamber’s website and deployed throughout the organization’s headquarters, a high-traffic member hub that hosts board meetings, committee sessions, and partner events. Displayed in the main lobby and adjacent to primary meeting spaces, the video extended its lifecycle as a year-round brand and membership messaging asset.
